Unique Details – Event Décor & Spa Party Packages

1. About Us

Unique Details provides luxury event décor and self-led children’s spa party setups across London and surrounding areas. We specialise in themed party décor and spa party packages for children.

2. Bookings & Enquiries

All bookings are subject to availability and are only confirmed once a deposit has been received and confirmation has been sent by Unique Details.

A booking enquiry does not guarantee availability.

3. Payments

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.
The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event date.
Failure to pay the remaining balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking with no refund of the deposit.

Payments can be made via the payment methods provided on our website or invoice.

4. Pricing & Minimum Numbers

Our Spa Party Package has a minimum booking requirement of 6 children.
Bookings for fewer than 6 children are welcome; however, the minimum charge for 6 children will still apply, as the setup, décor, preparation, and travel remain the same regardless of party size.
The maximum number of children for this package is 10, unless agreed in advance.
Additional children are charged per head as outlined at the time of booking.
Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

5. Travel Fees

Travel is included within 10 miles of London, Wembley.
Locations beyond this radius will be charged at £0.54 per mile, calculated from London, Wembley.
Any additional travel fees will be confirmed before booking confirmation.

6. Setup, Collection & Access

We require clear access to the venue for setup and pack-down.
Setup typically takes place 45–60 minutes before the party start time.
Collection and pack-down take place 15–30 minutes after the party end time.
Delays caused by restricted access or late entry may affect setup quality and timing.

7. Supervision & Responsibility

Unique Details does not provide entertainers, chaperones, or supervision.

All spa parties are self-led experiences.
A responsible adult must remain present at all times to supervise children during the event.

Unique Details is not responsible for:

the behaviour of children
injuries caused by misuse of equipment or materials
lack of adult supervision

By booking, you confirm that you understand and accept this responsibility.

8. Safety & Products

We use child-appropriate, cosmetic-grade products suitable for children.
Disposable or sanitised items are used where applicable.
Parents/guardians are responsible for monitoring children for allergies or sensitivities.

Please inform us of any known allergies or sensitivities at the time of booking.

9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are subject to full payment.
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested in writing.

10. Damage & Loss

Clients are responsible for any damage, loss, or excessive soiling of equipment caused during the event. Charges may apply where items require replacement or specialist cleaning.

11. Photography & Marketing

Unless otherwise stated in writing, Unique Details reserves the right to use photographs or videos taken at events for promotional purposes on our website and social media.

If you do not wish for photos to be used, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

12. Limitation of Liability

Unique Details shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
