Travel is included within 10 miles of London, Wembley. Locations outside this radius are charged at £0.54 per mile.

The spa party experience lasts 90 minutes. We arrive approximately 45–60 minutes before the party start time to set everything up and return 15–30 minutes after the party ends to pack everything away.

No. Unique Details provides a self-led party setup only. We do not provide entertainers, hosts, or chaperones. A responsible adult must remain present at all times to supervise the children.

No. Food, drinks, and cake are not included. Parents are welcome to provide their own refreshments.

Pricing is based on the number of children attending. The package starts from £295 for up to 6 children, with additional children charged per head, up to a maximum of 10 children.

A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date. The remaining balance is due 7 days before the event. Bookings are confirmed once payment has been received.

We recommend a clear, flat indoor space large enough to comfortably accommodate the spa setup and allow children to move around safely. If you’re unsure whether your space is suitable, you’re welcome to send us photos before the event.

Outdoor setups may be possible in suitable weather conditions. Please contact us in advance to discuss your venue and setup requirements.

We may take photos or videos of our setup for promotional purposes. If you do not wish for photos to be used, please notify us in writing prior to your event.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance, especially for weekend dates, as availability is limited.
